I believe in the power of art as social commentary. While my style has evolved over the years, I have often returned to develop my signature series the “Automation Society.” Over 25 years in the making, Automation Society is designed in a style I call “social surrealism.” The series documents my own experiences as a creative director and visual artist working in Manhattan. The paintings explore a reality-based narrative in a surreal style and present relatable themes like the struggle with routine, loss of individuality, work life balance, and the ultimate search for meaning and personal contentment.
I'm also honored to be a judge for the NFT Design Awards https://nftdesignawards.io/. The awards help foster emerging artists in the NFT community.

My inspiration comes from working as a an artist and creative director in NYC. Most of the paintings are biographical.
I work back and forth between traditional oil painting and digital painting. I use the same technique regardless of the medium. I have custom digital paint brushes that allow me to paint very similar to how I paint on canvas.
My work has been published on NFT Caldender io and the NFT design awards. https://nftdesignawards.io/project/automation-society,the Chicago Tribune, Times Magazine, and Hadassah Magazine. Paintings have been exhibited at: The Schomberg Museum, The Chicago Cultural Center, Northwestern University, Chicago Athenaeum, and the Havas Gallery in NYC.
